The Black Boulder Mesa, originating in 1996 as a low-density residential community, encompasses approximately 900 acres.  The minimum lot size is 10 acres.

The Mesa project utilizes low-density siting, covenants and architectural standards, conservation easements and other planning tools to mitigate the impacts of residential development, while maximizing each owner’s privacy, views, quiet and dark skies.
